Alum Pond Cottage is located just a few miles east of Brimfield center on quiet peaceful Little Alum Pond. The cottage has one bedroom with a king size bed. In the beamed ceiling living room on the opposite wall from the field stone fireplace is a 'murphy bed'. Through the french doors to an enclosed porch is a La-Z-Boy couch which pulls out to a queen size bed. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped allowing you the choice of cooking in or dining out at one of our great area restaurants.

After a busy day of shopping or selling you'll enjoy coming back to Little Alum Pond for a swim in one of the cleanest ponds in New England or just relaxing on the deck overlooking the pond.

General Information ...

  • Check-in time is after 2:00 p.m. unless special arrangements have been made.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • For the health and comfort of our guests, Alum Pond Cottage has a no-smoking policy.
  • We are not able to accommodate pets.
  • Rates are based on a 5 night minimum stay: $175.00 double occupancy, $25.00 per additional person. Rates for children are available.

Reservations

  • Reservations are required.
  • All reservations for the weeks of the Antique show must be paid in full within 7 days of making the reservation in order to hold the cottage. Payment is non refundable.
  • A written confirmation of your payment will be sent.

Cancellations

  • Payment for the Cottage is non-refundable.
